Zander fillet prepared on a charcoal grill and grilled stalks of asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham. Served with citrus–butter sauce flavoured with piquillo pepper, and Duchesse potatoes.

10. SALTED COD – bacalao el rey 28,50
Traditionally prepared salted cod. The grilled salted cod is served on a bed of leeks simmered in butter, with tomato sauce, fried prawns, and parsley potatoes.

11. SELECTION OF SHELLFISH – josper mixta de mariscos 28,60
A selection of fresh seafood grilled on charcoal: scallops, salmon, marinated giant prawn tails, and blue mussels. Served with salsa verde sauce flavoured with anchovies, and aioli.

12. LOBSTER – bogavante fresco 10,00 for 100g
Select your lobster from Salud’s seawater tank. The lobster is grilled on a charcoal grill, doused with melted butter, and served split with aioli and fresh country bread.
