A pudding made from milk, cream, and egg yolk, flavoured in the traditional Catalan style, topped with a crisply caramelised sugar coating.

3. FLAMBÉED GREEN-PEPPER STRAWBERRIES WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM 9,80
Cognac-flambéed strawberries flavoured with a touch of green pepper and served with vanilla ice cream. Flambéed at the table.

Delicious ice cream cake lightly flavoured with whisky and served with cherry melba. Can be served flambéed, with Famous Grouse whisky (2 cl).
